1. Who we are
All Saints Jet Washing is a local exterior cleaning business serving Bromsgrove and surrounding areas — jet washing, gutter vac, fascia & soffit cleaning and window cleaning.

2. What we collect
- Name, phone number and postcode / address when you provide them.
- Job details and photos sent via WhatsApp, text, Facebook or Google lead forms.
- Basic technical logs via our Cloudflare hosting to keep the site secure, fast and reliable.
- Google Ads measurement to understand when someone taps our phone or WhatsApp buttons after seeing an ad.
3. How we use it
To respond to enquiries, provide free no-obligation quotes, and complete your cleaning job. We do not sell your personal information.
Google, WhatsApp, Facebook and Cloudflare also process data under their own privacy policies when you use those services to reach us.
4. How long we keep it
Enquiry and job records are kept only as long as needed for quotes, guarantees, accounts and legal obligations — typically up to 6 years — then securely deleted.
5. Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, and to withdraw consent where we rely on it. Call or text 07940 188231 and we will respond within one month.
6. Cookies
We don’t use advertising cookies directly. Cloudflare may set essential security cookies, and embedded services such as fonts or social buttons may set their own if you interact with them. You can block cookies in your browser — the site will still work.
